Over the Memorial Day weekend thru Tuesday May 26, Bridgestone will undergo system maintenance. This will require our systems to be shutdown during this time period. Entirenet will be unavailable during this time.
Affected processes include:

  • Delivery receipts processing
    • Billing for delivery receipts entered after Thursday May 21st at 6PM CST will not be seen until Wednesday, May 27th
  • Invoices/Statements
  • Order processing / inventory availability checks / EDI / IVR / .com
  • Report access
  • Customer Support and Billing Analysts will be unavailable
    on Tuesday, May 26.

Please review the Holiday Shipping Schedules to determine the available order and shipping days prior to the shutdown.

Normal business activities will resume on Wednesday, May 27th.
